Lesson includes: Shopping, ingredient preparation, cooking a 3 dish meal. (3 hours)

Lessons include: Shopping, ingredient preparation, using different cooking methods and dealing with leftovers (2 – 3 Hours each lesson)
5 Lesson Package
All 5 themes above are included. A Fit Kitchen Assessment is included free in the package. (2 – 3 Hours each lesson)

A Fit Kitchen – Kitchen Assessment and Organization:
You may say that you don’t have time to cook – that cooking is an onerous task. You may be right if your kitchen is not well stocked and organized! I will assess your kitchen, advising what cooking tools you need, which condiments to keep stocked on your shelves and which items are overused or expired and should be discarded. I will work together with you to organize your kitchen for safety, health and for easy access to save time. (1 visit, 90 minutes)
